Today, Delhi Police officials conducted a seminar in Delhi Cantt area, with an objective of raising awareness about the implementation of three new criminal laws that are Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagrik Surkasha Sanhita and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam effective from today.
The seminar featured distinguished guest speaker Sh. Varun Chugh, Advocate at the Supreme Court, who addressed the audience on the revolutionary impact of these laws.
Advocate Chugh, highlighted that these new laws are pro-society and are designed to ensure speedy trials, thereby facilitating the timely completion of judicial processes. He emphasized that the implementation of these laws marks a significant step towards enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the criminal justice system.
