Sacred Heart Convent School, Holds ‘Achievers’ Felicitation Ceremony’ With Rhythmic Jingle Bells Chimes
Ludhiana : (Daljeet Vicky) Sacred Heart Convent School, Sec-39, Urban Estate, Ludhiana organized ‘Achievers’ Felicitation Ceremony’ for the meritorious students of ICSE ( class- X)and ISC (class XII), session 2022-23 on 22nd December in its own premises.
The whole school was decked with Christmas trees, stars, garlands and balloons. District Education Officer Mrs. Dimple Madan was invited on the occasion as the Chief Guest . She was received with a warm welcome by the school Director Rev. Fr. Thomas Poochalil, the Principal Rev. Sr. Crispin Maria, Primary In-charge Rev. Sr. Kripa Jose and Kindergarten In-charge Rev. Sr. Sharon Maria. The school band along with the beautifully attired angels and Santa gathered in a large number to greet and welcome the Chief Guest.
The ceremony commenced with the offering of a prayer to the Almighty to seek His blessings. As Christmas is on the cards, Jingle Bells all time favourite, Carols and a Play on the nativity of Christ were the main highlights of the programme.
While giving away prizes the DEO appreciated the students’ performance in ICSE and ISC Board results and speaking on the occasion she expressed that in the recent times, all the students must set their goals with determination so as to achieve them gradually by putting their heart and soul. She congratulated the Management, the staff, the parents and the students for this great occasion of success and celebration.
Cake cutting ceremony with the entry of Santa Claus on a bike made the moment full of festivity. The DEO, Mrs. Dimple Madan was presented a token of gratitude. Th Silent Night- traditional song of Christmas was melodiously sung in unison by one and all. The ceremony concluded with the National Anthem.
