International Yoga Day at Government Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala
Patiala: The NSS Department of Government Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala observed 9th international Day of yoga in Shaheed Bhagat Singh hall of the college on 21st June, 2023 to celebrate the physical and spiritual skill that yoga has brought under the guidance of college Principal Prof. (Dr.) Kusum Lata. The college students and the staff members performed different Yoga Asanas enthusiastically. The College Principal advocated to make Yoga a part of the daily routine and advised students about the benefits of observing meditation that plays an important role in relaxing the mind and body.
The celebrations included with some breathing techniques. NSS Program Officers Prof. Ram Kumar, Dr Apra, Mdm Satinder Kaur, Dr Harsimran Kaur were present with other members of the staff.
