Warm send-off to the final year students at GGI
Ludhiana, 13 June : The faculty and students of Gulzar Group of Institutions accorded a warm send-off to the final year students of computer science engineering and mechanical engineering department. The farewell party was celebrated with fervour on the college campus. A special Farewell party and Memento distribution Function for Students has been organized. The event was full of activities. It started with the cake cutting ceremony and welcome speech of Chairman Gurcharan Singh.
Students from other countries and from other states of India also participated in the event. Fashion show was the eye catching event of the function, the participants in the fashion show and demonstrated their culture in the show. Bhangra, Giddha, Mime, Skits were the main events at the moment. A video of the experiences and journey of the outgoing batch made everybody emotional.Prerna & Shivam Sinha were Miss Farewell & Mr. Farewell CSE. MD. Parvez was Mr. farewell Me department.
Executive Director of GGI Gurkirat Singh also shared his memories with the students while honoring them with memento for excelling in various fields besides education. He encouraged the students to live each moment of their life. According to him it’s better way to mark special time in life and celebrate this nostalgic episode of the life and take home loveable memories to cherish them forever.
