Vet Varsity Signs MoU with Institute of Microbial Technology
Ludhiana 27 June 2023 : Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU), Ludhiana signed an MoU with CSIR Institute of Microbial Technology (CSIR IMTECH). Dr. JPS Gill, Director Research GADVASU and Dr Yashpal Singh Malik, Dean College of Animal Biotechnology, GADVASU attended the event at IMTECH Chandigarh. The MoU was signed by Dr Niraj Kumar Khatri, Coordinator, CSIR Integrated Skill Initiative in the presence of esteemed personalities such as Dr. N. Kalaiselvi, Director General of CSIR, Dr. Sanjeev Khosla, Director of IMTECH, Chandigarh, and Prof. S. Anantha Ramakrishna, Director of CSIO, Chandigarh.
While expressing happiness about this MoU, Dr. Inderjeet Singh, Vice-Chancellor, GADVASU said that the collaboration between GADVASU and CSIR-IMTECH will mark a significant milestone in the fields of veterinary and animal sciences, as well as microbial technology. This partnership has the potential to create synergies to address challenges in the areas. Both the institutes can pool their resources, research capabilities, and knowledge to drive meaningful advancements in common subjects.
